DIRECTIONALS AT A DISTANCE: SWITCH

Ready to Master the Switch?

Don’t let confusion, spinning, or barking slow your dog down on course.

In this class, you’ll teach your dog the skills needed to confidently turn away on cue—with speed, flow, and distance.

Does your dog struggle with turning away from you?

Spins or barks instead of switching?

Switches confidently one way but not the other?

Has trouble switching when you’re at a distance?

The Switch (turn away from handler) is one of the most important distance directionals in agility. Without a confident Switch, you risk losing speed, creating frustration, or breaking flow on course.

In this class, you’ll learn the step-by-step system to teach your dog how to Switch cleanly, confidently, and at a distance!
